Turf prices are per 90-minute session. Badminton: 6:30 am–10:30 pm, one-hour slots. Winter season dates are confirmed by the team.

Turf sessions last 90 minutes. Football and cricket share the same ground, and each booking accommodates up to 20 participants. Academy training times are reserved for students.
Bring your NID, birth certificate or driving licence for identity verification. Please speak with the team about equipment and any special requirements. Winter badminton runs from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm in one-hour sessions: big court ৳800 and small court ৳700. Contact us for winter season dates.

Facility use & cancellation policy
Aziz Manzil Sports Complex allows access to the facility subject to its policies, procedures and required fees. Bookings are for a maximum of 20 participants. Tournaments and mass gatherings are not permitted. Use the facility responsibly, follow staff instructions, return all equipment and avoid inappropriate behaviour. Drugs and illegal substances are prohibited.
Players are responsible for property, structural and equipment damage. Replacement charges in the supplied agreement: cards ৳200; balls ৳120 / ৳700 / ৳1,500 / ৳3,500 depending on type; training bibs ৳300; tennis balls ৳120; shuttlecocks ৳100. Failure to return equipment requires financial compensation.
The supplied agreement states that the service provider accepts no liability for personal injuries. Bookings may be cancelled without prior notice and booking fees are non-refundable. Management decides what happens when the ground is unfit for play. Notify the team at least 24 hours in advance to request rescheduling. Special equipment or personnel must be agreed separately.
By accepting, you confirm that you are authorised to book for your group, have read and understood these terms, and agree to pay the required fees. Oral representations, statements and inducements are not valid. Inappropriate behaviour may lead to removal or disciplinary action.
